Sports Medicine Physician for Foundation Physiotherapy and Wellness in Trinity Bellwoods, ON
Foundation Physiotherapy and Wellness is seeking a collaborative and patient-centered Sports Medicine Physician to work alongside our expanding sports performance and orthopedic-focused practice. Receive referrals from across all of Foundation’s clinics and grow your practice alongside a professional rehabilitation team!
Location:
Foundation Physiotherapy & Performance – Trinity Bellwoods
Requirements:
- Be licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
- Hold a Diploma in Sport Medicine through the Canadian Academy of Sport and Exercise Medicine (CASEM).
Compensation:
- Maintain 100% of your annual billing structure.
- Expected commitment: Position can start at one shift/week and progress as need increases.
- Full administrative support provided by the clinic.
- Flat rate or rent models available and negotiable.

- Foundation has multiple community partners for sports and event coverage opportunities
Skills:
- Conduct clinical assessments, diagnoses, and non-surgical treatment for musculoskeletal injuries.
- Collaborate with allied health care specialists to develop personalized treatment plans using the best evidence.
- Multidisciplinary Medical team includes: Neurosurgeon, Orthopedic surgeon and Physiatrist.
- Rehabilitation team includes: Chiropractor, physiotherapists, registered massage therapists and osteopath.
Start Date:
This position is set to start as soon as possible.
