Infinity Health is seeking an experienced Sport & Exercise Medicine Physician or a Physician with Special interest in Orthopedics to join our expanding team in Calgary, Alberta. This role will also include a profit-sharing model.

Job Description- Sport & Exercise Medicine Physician
Infinity Health is seeking an experienced Sport & Exercise Medicine Physician or a Physician with special interest in Orthopedics to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. In this role, you will be working in a brand-new state of the art facility with beautiful mountain views boasting one of the most technologically advanced practices in the country. You will be working alongside Sports Physiotherapists, MD’s Occupational Therapists, Kinesiologists, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists. We are looking for someone to join the team that has a passion for building out the practice and setting it up for success. We are open to supplying the successful physician with any tools, devices, modalities, or supplies that they will need to succeed.
Role Responsibilities
- Must be able to thrive in a team environment and collaborate with other health care specialists.
- Conduct through orthopedic assessments, diagnoses, and non-surgical treatment.
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and compliant medical documentation in accordance with clinic protocols and regulatory body requirements.
- Order, review and interpret diagnostic tests and consult with other medical professionals as needed to evaluate patient health.
Qualifications
- Must be in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) or are eligible for registration with this body and provide a copy of license annually.
- Canadian College of Family Physicians (CCFP) or Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) Certification.
- Active medical liability/malpractice insurance through the Canadian Medical Protective Agency (CMPA) and provide proof of insurance annually.
