Led by Jodi Bussiere, Physiotherapist, this session is free to join, and a limited number of walking poles will be provided (or bring your own!). Whether you’re a seasoned pole walker or trying it for the first time, this is a fantastic opportunity to improve your mobility, enhance your endurance, and connect with fellow conference attendees in a refreshing outdoor setting.
